Personal Injury - New York Motor Vehicle Accident - Satisfactorily resolved a Nassau County case for $775,000 for injuries a client sustained as a result of an accident  Personal Injury - Recently settled a Client's case for the maximum insurance coverage of $1,300,000 wherein the client had no recollection of how the accident happened.  Personal Injury - Uninsured Motorist Claim - Settled a client's insurance claim for the full $100,000 insurance policy.  Personal Injury - New York Motor Vehicle Accident - Recently settled a Nassau County case for $775,000 for injuries a client sustained as a result of an accident  Personal Injury - New Jersey Accident - Settled a case for $200,000 for a client injured while being transported to a senior citizen recreation center, ensuring that the settlement did not affect the client's SSD eligibility benefits.
